The concierge service is designed to offer every available automobile service to the senior market without them having to leave the comfort and convenience of the community.

At Henry Brown our sales staff came to us for a better way to service the senior community. With a large number of semi retired persons making up our sales staff, we were able to design a program that fills the wants and needs of the senior community without making them sacrifice the reasons and principles that they chose to live in active adult communities. Our concierge service is a full service program, staffed and managed by active seniors that works within the adult community to take care of all of its population's needs. We will provide a specific senior sales associate to your community. To act as a focal point for your residents.

From onsite dealership sponsored ride and drives allowing your residents to experience and research their next automobile purchase without the negative experience of visiting a dealership and dealing with a much younger sales person who doesn't understand their wants or needs as a powerful buying segment of our economy.

Complimentary service shuttle for any vehicle repairs, either major or minor, that needs to be preformed to their current or future automobile.

Senior discounts are available on all dealership services. From Sales to Service and Parts, members of your community get treated with the respect they deserve at a discounted rate.
